The Atrium Cash & Carry website is provided to the customer for their perusal on the basis of a potential sale.  No charges are made unless the customer intends to proceed with a purchase.  The company reserves the right to amend or update the current Terms and Conditions and notify the customer of these changes.

Registration

The details that you provide must be correct and complete if, at any time these details change, you should make the Atrium aware and update them on the website.

Collection and Delivery

We operate under a collection and delivery service; of which, the Atrium offers delivery free of charge. Deliveries can only be made to sites with reasonable access. Deliveries of products to customers shall be in accordance with the company’s delivery schedule or as agreed with the customers.  The company cannot guarantee punctual deliveries, as a schedule may be subjected to inevitable and unforeseen delays.


The company shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, arising as a result of failure to deliver products by a scheduled date or as a result of any causes beyond the company’s control.


Upon arrival in the premises, the customer must be present to sort and sign off on the delivery of an order; it is not the responsibility of the delivery driver to wait and/or stock order at the disposal of the customer.  Errors and/or shortages should be recorded at the time of delivery in the presence of the company’s driver. It is recommended that the customer scrutinize the invoice and check goods at the time of the delivery. The company will make every effort to rectify such an error.


Abusive behaviour directed towards any staff member from the customer will not be tolerated.  The company reserves the right to refuse delivery of an order under any circumstances.

Accountability

Once a purchase has been finalized and an order has been delivered/collected, the customer has full ownership of said order.  The customer is then liable for any product risk and cannot challenge the company.  The customer remains with the company until the order has been paid in full.

Prices

The price of the “Goods” on a sale shall be the Company's final price. Any offers and promotions are subject to availability. The Company, at its discretion, may exclude Customer Groups from offers and promotions (e.g. wholesalers, contractors, etc.). The Company reserves the right to vary or alter product specification and price without prior notice.  The price is exclusive of any applicable Value Added Tax, which the Customer shall be additionally liable to pay the Company where applicable. The prices on the website may change, depending on the market and stock availability and may be updated without prior notice. The “special offers” will be made clear and are subject to availability. Whilst the company endeavours to ensure all product prices are up to date, the discrepancy may occur beyond the company’s control and the company cannot be held responsible for such instances.

Returns

If stock is unavailable, the customer will be made aware as soon as possible.  The customer will be refunded for the unavailable product, unless there is a suitable substitute.  The customer can refuse a substitute, however, they should be prepared for a further delay until the original product is back in stock.


The company will only credit the customer if the wrong product was delivered and the delivery driver was notified at the time of delivery.  Once a transaction has occurred, “changing your mind” is not a valid justification for a refund and this excuse will be promptly rejected.

All products listed on our website have a full record of ingredients, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they read this carefully, as we DO NOT accept fault for potential “allergic reactions”, as a result of a purchase from the Atrium company.
